Defendant, having pled guilty to conspiracy to operate a chop shop in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2322 and related vehicle crimes in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371, appeals his sentence, asserting that the District Court erred in refusing to give him a two-level reduction for being a minor participant under U.S.S.G. § 3B1.2.
