James K. Maples appeals a Cowlitz County Superior Court order that modified his previous child support obligation. Maples receives workers' compensation disability income and social security disability income and his children also receive direct payments from these two sources. We must decide whether the direct payments to the children should be considered part of James's income for purposes of computing child support under the statutory support table...
