The Kansas Workers Compensation Board (Board) found that Dan Armstrong, the claimant, "suffers a condition as a result of his exposure to chemicals at work which has resulted in a disability." Claimant was determined to be 100 percent temporarily disabled. This decision affirmed an earlier decision in favor of claimant by the administrative law judge (ALJ).
