Defendant, Lucas Shane Miller, was charged by grand jury indictment with carnal knowledge of a juvenile, a violation of La.R.S. 14:80(A)(1). Defendant pleaded not guilty and moved to quash the indictment on the grounds of the unconstitutionality of the statute. After a hearing, the district court denied the motion.
