This is an appeal from the denial of the appellant's Rule 32, Ala.R.Cr.P., petition.

The appellant was convicted of the unlawful distribution of cocaine, a violation of § 13A-12-211, Code of Alabama 1975 and was sentenced to 20 years' imprisonment. That conviction and sentence were affirmed by this court. See Shaw v. State, 618 So.2d 152 (Ala.Cr.App.1993).
