Kathleen Nuccio appeals from the district court's entry of summary judgment in favor of her father, Luke Nuccio, in her civil action alleging intentional infliction of emotional distress for sexual abuse he inflicted upon her as a child. The district court granted summary judgment on the basis that the Maine statute of limitations barred Kathleen Nuccio's suit.
