This matter came before the Supreme Court following our granting the petition for the issuance of a writ of certiorari issued to the Superior Court of Kent County on the pro se petition of the defendant, Michael P. Tatro (Tatro), to review an adjudication that the defendant had violated the conditions of a previously suspended sentence. The hearing justice ordered removal of the suspension of the defendant's eight year remaining term...
