Plaintiff seeks damages for personal injuries suffered as a result of an accident which occurred at approximately 7:15 A.M. on May 29, 1983. The complaint alleges that, as he was driving north on the FDR Drive, his car struck a "large hole, depression" near East 6th Street, causing unspecified damage and rendering it inoperable.
