AMUNDSON, Judge.

Michael Gorman appeals from a judgment of conviction and sentence for second degree felony murder. We affirm.

FACTS

Appellant Michael Gorman was convicted of second degree felony murder and first degree manslaughter in the death of Willie Thomas on October 16, 1993.
