The defendant appeals from the judgment of the trial court revoking his probation, pursuant to General Statutes § 53a-32, after the trial court concluded that the defendant had violated the terms of his probation. The defendant claims that the trial court improperly (1) denied his pro se motion to dismiss the violation of probation charges, (2) found the defendant in violation of probation, and (3) permitted him to exercise his right to waive counsel...
