The defendant challenges his sentence on the grounds that the sentence is disproportional and that the trial court violated the attorney-client privilege. We find that the defendant's sentence does not violate the requirements of People v Milbourn, 435 Mich. 630; 461 N.W.2d 1 (1990), and that the sentencing judge did not violate the defendant's attorney-client privilege.
