Gerald A. Lustig ("Appellant"), individually and as a share-holder of Camp Weequahic, Inc., appeals from an order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Wayne County, dismissing his amended complaint as having been incorrectly filed as an action at law. We quash this appeal.
