Joseph Zahora (Zahora) refused to sell his home to Terry and Rizalina Allahar (the Allahars) on the basis of their race. The Allahars brought suit and a jury found in their favor, awarding both compensatory and punitive damages. Zahora now appeals on the ground that the district court should not have denied his motion for summary judgment based on res judicata.
