This is a personal injury/medical malpractice case where appellants, Kenneth C. Calwell and Joseph W. (Trey) Hall, were injured in an automobile/bicycle head-on collision. Appellants sued Sharon K. Rylant, the driver of the automobile, and Dr. Rizwan U. Hassan, Rylant's treating physician.
