Terence Hughes appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Mills, J.) in favor of the University of Maine on an appeal from the judgment of the District Court (Bangor, Hjelm, J.) on Hughes's complaint against the University seeking reimbursement for certain travel expenses.
