Following a jury trial, the defendant-appellant, Richard Duane Bradley, was convicted of murder, Ind. Code § 35-42-1-1(1); felony murder, Ind. Code § 35-42-1-1(2); and robbery, Ind. Code § 35-42-5-1. The felony-murder count was merged with the murder conviction and the defendant was sentenced thereon to a period of sixty years.
