Defendant-appellant Denhardt appeals the entry by the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming of a declaratory judgment that a warrant issued by him was invalid because it lacked the requisite particularity to comply with the requirements of the Fourth Amendment. Because we find that the action before the district court had ceased to be a case or controversy as required by Article III of the United States Constitution, we REVERSE...
