Plaintiff appeals as of right from a judgment upholding the constitutionality of defendant's A-1 zoning classification. We reverse.

Plaintiff is a Florida corporation that owns approximately 726.23 acres of real estate in Hayes Township. Plaintiff's land is zoned A-1, or agricultural, under defendant's zoning ordinance.
