STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendant-Appellant Guy Donald Bemis (Bemis) appeals from his convictions of dealing in a schedule I controlled substance, a Class B felony1; and two counts of possession of a schedule I controlled substance, as Class D felonies2.

We affirm in part and remand with instructions.
