In March 1991, Lynette Robarge died of an overdose of prescribed medication while in a room she rented from respondent Young Women's Christian Association of Duluth (the YWCA). Her mother, appellant Jackie L. Donaldson, Court-Appointed Trustee for the Heirs of Lynette Robarge (appellant), brought this wrongful death action against the YWCA.
