Kenneth Fuller and his wife, Cheryl, appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Wernick, A.R.J.) in favor of Peter Rich, special administrator of the estate of Kenneth's mother, Evelyn Fuller Jensen, on claims of common law rescission, undue influence, and interference with an expectancy.
