Plaintiff-appellee, Steven Richardson, claims that his fall and resulting injuries were the proximate result of the negligence of the defendant-appellant occupant of the premises, Ames Avenue Corporation, doing business as Phil's Foodway. In accordance with the verdict, the district court entered judgment in Richardson's favor.
