These consolidated appeals arise out of the bankruptcy of Marlin Reeves, an Arkansas businessman whose farming operations and real estate investments soured in the late 1980s. Marlin1 was denied a bankruptcy discharge because of his efforts to conceal assets from his creditors. In these adversary proceedings, the trustee has avoided various fraudulent and preferential asset transfers to Marlin's relatives and to entities...
