WEBSTER, J.

Pedro Angulo appeals the modification of his judgment and sentence. In the modification, the trial court required Angulo to pay $2,118.71 of his restitution obligation within 30 days, and refused to return a like amount belonging to Angulo and used as evidence at trial. We reverse.
