This case is presented upon a petition to transfer. Ind.Appellate Rule 11(B)(2). Appellant was convicted of robbery, a class C felony. Ind. Code Ann. § 35-42-5-1 (West 1986). In a memorandum decision the Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court. Brown v. State (1994), Ind. App., 639 N.E.2d 1059; Ind.Appellate Rule 15(A)(3).
