Larry L. LeGrand appeals the judgment of the district court for Dodge County, which affirmed the decision of the Dodge County Court, which denied LeGrand's petitions in a "separate proceeding" to have two prior Dodge County convictions for driving while intoxicated (DWI) declared invalid. The convictions were to be used for the purpose of enhancing LeGrand's most recent DWI arrest, which took place in Lancaster County, to a third offense. We affirm...
