Michael Walker appeals from a judgment entered in the trial court on October 18, 1994, which denied Walker's petition for postconviction relief filed on January 13, 1994. That petition was the second filed by Walker in this case. A prior petition had likewise been denied, and that denial was affirmed by this court on appeal. State v.
