Jesus and Maria Jimenez appeal their convictions for three counts each of delivering cocaine and possessing cocaine with intent to deliver. We conclude that two of the authorizations used to record the drug transactions were invalid, and reverse the convictions based thereon. We affirm the convictions which were independent of the invalid recordations, and remand for a clarification of one count against Jesus...
