Defendant Royal Dequindre, Inc., appeals as of right from a September 20, 1993, order of judgment for plaintiff Steven Mason following a jury trial in this premises liability action. The jury found that Royal, a business establishment, was responsible in tort for injuries sustained by Mason, a customer, due to the intentional misconduct of defendant Thomas Geoffrey, another customer.
