This is an appeal from the judgments of sentence imposed following a jury trial in which Appellant was convicted of first degree murder, robbery, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, and receiving stolen property.1 We granted en banc review to determine the applicability of our Supreme Court's decision in Commonwealth v. Brion, 539 Pa. 256, 652 A.2d 287
