In a deed drafted October 31, 1966, Margaret and Paul Royer, both now deceased, conveyed to Wineland Equipment, Inc. (Appellee) title to certain land. The deed also contained a provision regarding a right to purchase a remaining twenty acres for $6000 should the Royers decide to sell that property.
