The plaintiffs appeal the district court's1 order granting summary judgment against them on their age discrimination claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Missouri Human Rights Act. The plaintiffs assert that the district court erred in applying the statute of limitations from the 1991 Civil Rights Act to their cases, which were based on conduct occurring before that Act became effective....
