OPINION

FITZPATRICK, Judge.

Dennis Jeremiah Lawrence (appellant) was convicted in a bench trial of driving after having been adjudicated an habitual offender in violation of Code § 46.2-357. On appeal, he argues that the trial court erred in finding the evidence sufficient to support a felony conviction under Code § 46.2-357(B)(2). Finding no error, we affirm the trial court.
