Frank L. Crutchfield, an inmate at the Hutchinson Correctional Facility, appeals the denial of his K.S.A. 60-1501 petition claiming that prison authorities violated his Fourth Amendment rights in collecting a urine sample from him and that he was denied due process in the prison disciplinary hearing, which resulted in his loss of 9 months of good time credit, a $40 fine, 66 days of disciplinary segregation...
