The petitioners appeal from the judgments of the trial court dismissing their petitions for writs of habeas corpus.1 In this consolidated appeal, the petitioners claim that the trial court improperly granted the commissioner of correction's (respondent) motion to quash their petitions because it failed to find a legally cognizable liberty interest on the face of the petitions....
