The defendant, Bryan S. Johnson, pleaded guilty to two counts of selling cocaine. See RSA 318-B:2 (1995); RSA 318-B:26, I (1995). He also admitted to sufficient facts to be found guilty of one count of possession of cocaine with the intent to sell, and one count of possession of marijuana, see RSA 318-B:2, :26, while reserving his right to perfect this appeal.
