MAGILL, Circuit Judge.

Steven Eugene Jelinek appeals his conviction and sentence of life imprisonment for operating a continuing criminal enterprise (CCE). Jelinek was also convicted of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, and was given a provisional life sentence. We affirm on all issues except the double jeopardy issue raised by Jelinek. In light of our disposition of the double jeopardy issue, we remand to the district court to vacate Jelinek's conviction...
