Luna pleaded guilty to one count of first degree distribution of cocaine (N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5 a, -5 b and -5 c); two counts of second degree distribution of cocaine (N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5 a and -5 b); and three counts of distribution of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school zone (N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7).
