Horizon Resources Bethany, Ltd. ("Horizon") appeals from a judgment allowing recovery of a deficiency in a post-trustee's sale deficiency action, arguing that it was entitled to a jury trial instead of a trial to the court with an advisory jury. In addition, Horizon argues that the court failed to give certain requested instructions. We find no reversible error...
