The sole issue in this certified appeal is whether the Appellate Court properly upheld, as an exercise of the trial court's discretion, the court's ruling that limited cross-examination of a prosecution witness for motive and bias. The defendant, Tyrone Adams, was convicted, after a jury trial, of two counts of aiding and abetting manslaughter in the first degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-8 and 53a-55 (a) (1).1...
