Robert McMaster was tried by jury and was found guilty of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and incest. Post-trial motions were denied, and McMaster was sentenced to serve concurrent terms of imprisonment of not less than five (5) years nor more than ten (10) years for involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and not less than one (1) year nor more than five (5) years for incest.
