Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by reversing the defendant's convictions on counts one through four of the indictment, vacating the sentences imposed thereon, and remitting those counts of the indictment for a new trial to be preceded by an independent source hearing; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
