MONTIEL, Judge.

The appellant, Andrew Burt Clark, appeals from the trial court's denial of his motion to set aside his guilty plea. Clark had pleaded guilty to a charge of burglary in the third degree in violation of § 13A-7-7, Code of Alabama 1975. We remanded this cause to the circuit court to determine whether Clark's guilty plea was the result of a negotiated plea agreement, and if so, to determine the terms of that agreement...
