Mertisha Kroeger appeals the directed verdict entered against her by the Douglas County District Court in her product liability action against the appellee, Ford Motor Company (Ford). Kroeger's claim arose out of a one-car accident in which she was seriously injured while driving an automobile manufactured by Ford.
