Appellant, Reece Carey, Jr., appeals from the judgment of the Clark County Common Pleas Court granting the appellee, Link-Hellmuth, Inc., judgment in the amount of $25,812.

In its complaint, Link-Hellmuth alleged that one of its agents entered into an agreement with Carey whereby Link-Hellmuth would provide a prospective buyer to Carey, who is a home builder, and in return Carey would pay a referral or "finder's fee" of six percent of the home...
