MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

After a bench trial, the Derry District Court (Warhall, J.) convicted the defendant, Patrick W. Holloran, of driving while intoxicated. See RSA 265:82, I (Supp. 1994). On appeal, the defendant asserts that the trial court erred in denying his motion for a directed verdict based upon insufficiency of the evidence. We affirm.
