Thomas Allen Berchiolly was convicted by a jury of one count of conspiring to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine and one count of attempting to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine. See 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846. He was sentenced to 188 months of imprisonment to be followed by five years of supervised release.
