Plaintiffs appeal from the circuit court's award of summary judgment (735 ILCS 5/2-1005 (West 1992)) in favor of defendant City of Chicago (the "City"), based on the statute of repose contained in section 13-214(b) of the Code of Civil Procedure (735 ILCS 5/13-214(b) (West Supp. 1995)). We affirm.
