The bankruptcy court denied the plaintiffs' motion to disqualify the defendants, counsel for the debtors and counsel for the Creditors' Committee, from further representation in this bankruptcy liquidation and refused to order counsel to disgorge the fees they had earned for work on this bankruptcy. Plaintiffs appealed that decision to the district court, which affirmed the bankruptcy court's decision in most respects. This appeal followed. We...
