BLUE, Judge.

This is an appeal of a final judgment that ordered the dissolution of Inner Circle, Inc., a Florida corporation. The appeal was brought by the corporation itself and three shareholders who own fifty percent of the stock. Two other shareholders, who own the other fifty percent, sought the corporate dissolution on grounds of shareholder deadlock under section 607.1430(2)(b), Florida Statutes (1991).

Because the trial court was well within its discretion...
